Kenneth Krajewski

Ken was instrumental in founding Cityfront Growth Partners as a premier organization dedicated to the search fund process. He has diverse business experiences which include accounting in a mid-sized Midwest manufacturer, financial advising at Merrill Lynch, and local government operations. His educational background includes a BBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA from The University of Chicago. He was a Partner at Cancer & Hematology Centers of Western Michigan with extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape. Medical training included employment at Washington University in St. Louis and University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Amit is focused on channeling his 15 years of management experience and project execution expertise into entrepreneurial ventures. He is currently President of Bellows Systems Inc., a Houston based metal expansion joint manufacturing firm that he acquired in 2017. He is also the co-founder of SPM Solutions Inc., a service provider to Oil & Gas mooring terminal operators. Previously, he worked in various management roles with firms executing large capital projects. Amit holds an MBA with High Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a M.S. from University of New Orleans and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Andreas is a fintech entrepreneur who has been working at the intersection of finance and business analytics for over 10 years. He is currently a Principal and Co-founder of Chicago Atlantic Group, a specialty finance company providing flexible debt capital focused on special situations under-served niches of the market. Previously, he co-founded an SEC-registered online wealth advisory firm and a corporate treasury consulting and software firm. Andreas holds a Ph.D. in Finance and MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, received B.Sc. degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the Freie University Berlin, and a M.Sc. in Statistics from Humboldt University, both in Berlin, Germany.

Investment Criteria
Investment Goal
Our goal is to achieve superior returns on investments in the acquired companies through increased operational efficiency, improved profitability and growth. We realize this by enabling and supporting highly skilled and motivated entrepreneurs turned managers implement the investment plan. We typically target companies in the $5-30 million price range, $1-5 million EBITDA range, with revenues greater than $5 million.
Search Fund Criteria
What our search fund entrepreneurs share in common is a desire to own, manage, and build a great company. Key characteristics include attention to detail, perseverance, ability to build relationships, and willingness to seek advice. Operational, financial, and leadership experience distinguish our search fund entrepreneurs.
Acquisition Criteria
We desire companies in growth industries with a track record of stable revenue and strong EBITDA margins who lack dominant competitors and customer concentrations. Our targets are typically not operationally complex, yet able to grow organically, via product/service extension, geographic expansion, or through subsequent acquisitions.
